T776 requires valid rental property street address?

I am completing a T776 for a retired farmer, who is renting farmland. When I enter the section, township, and range as stated on property tax statement, I get an error message that states that a valid rental property street address is required. I have included the nearest town, province, and postal code.

Any suggestions how to clear error?

Just after I posted, I was able to figure out a solution. It appears the field does not like comma’s and/or brackets.
