I have a client who received two letters:
One is regarding Voluntary Binding Interest Arbitration and QRLSP with a breakdown for three years,
and the other letter is regarding Statement of Qualifying Retroactive Lump-Sum Payment with a breakdown for six years.
Do I use one T1198 for each letter?
Any suggestions? Should these be completed separately or add the amounts for each year?
