T1 tax planners

Another vote for wanting a one page planner like Profile’s!

Any updates to this? Will TaxCycle be including a ‘One’ page ad-hoc tax planner similar to the one Profile has?

I actually bought of copy of Profile T1 last year just for the tax planner.

Thanks.

Another big vote for a 1 page planner here. I’m the de facto IT manager at our firm, and have been pushing to get us on to TaxCycle since discovering it a year ago. I won the partners over recently and we’re just transitioning now.

We used the planning feature very often in Profile, and the Partners recently discovered that this is missing so I’m taking some heat for it! Please consider implementing it.

Thanks!

I think it is on the to do list.

@rick.s

We are going to do this for next year’s tax planning season. Expect to see a short planner (in addition to the current planning tools), around April or May 2017. The actual release date may depend a little on when all the provincial budgets are released.

Thanks for your support!!

So much programming, so little time. :grinning:

Further to this lengthy conversation, I wanted to provide an update. We are implementing the short form planner for T1 and will release it in the next week or two.

Those who prefer to use the existing planning mechanism can continue to use that… we’ll support both.

Best regards,

@Cameron what will the short form planner sheet be called?
