Is there an option in TaxCycle to split CCA among co-owners of a rental property?
If the ownership is shared as Partnership on the T776, TaxCycle splits the CCA according to the percentage of ownership indicated (and will share with the spouse if that is the partner).
If co-ownership is indicated, the CCA schedule is not shared and therefor not split.
