Sending non signature documents via Taxfolder

It would be nice if we could send documents that do not need signatures through taxfolder similar to the way it worked in e-courier.

Sometimes you want to send the document to a different person other than the signer and having to get cell numbers is a bit of a pain.

Having the person using a password should be sufficient. I do not find Taxfolder to be as easy to send these documents and now that integration is no longer there with e-courier, it takes longer to export and send manually through e-courier

I use PreVeil a free secure email provider easy to set up and migrates with many different email programs.

It would also be nice if a preparer’s work area section was added. We can add documents not visible to the client.
On the same principle as the Notes section but with the possibility of adding files.
