Send an email to the E-file Association asking to reinstate the CRA Problem Resolution Department. Whether you got a person or left a message (NO WAIT TIME!), the problem file was in the right department within a week, and usually dealt with within a month!

I had access for decades and the Winnipeg number stopped working last year. I call the Winnipeg director’s office and was told it was no more. ![]()
I think now all you can do is file a service complaint.
I did such a couple months ago for a long outstanding issue. I received a call back about thirty days later and things were put right about a week later.
