I have client who was new immigrant to Canada, her daughter lived with him in Canada after landing , his wife was till non-resident. He had employment income form Previous Country.
When I calucated this client tax return by using DT max, he atuotmaticaly get Work premium tax credit without and alert. When I used Taxcycle to caluctated under same situation. I have to chose Work premium manually, otherwise , the system will not calculate the work premium tax credit. I checked the condition for this tax credit. I fund this client is elgible to it . why Taxcycle could not calculate automaticlly , is there any speical consideraiton?
