Two brothers own a condo together…can the brother with the lower income claim the full amount of property tax? I have come up empty on an answer on CRA.

If they both live in the house I generally claim 50% of the property taxes.
The actual amount of the OEPTC doesn’t vary tremendously with the amount of the property taxes paid. What is more important for the OEPTC is that some amount of property taxes are paid.
