I save my money for things that aren’t available for free - Google Income Tax Act and get the PDF from the government at no charge (I check and download at least once a year to keep older versions in case needed for a CRA dispute)

CanLii is free and is maintained regularly. Comes with the benefit of case law and commentaries (via CanLii Connects) as well. All free. Includes Regs and history.

It’s part of the Free Access to Law movement and has been around for many years. And, should you need any of them, it also includes just about every other Act, Federal or Provincial you can name.

It takes a while to learn to use it effectively, but it’s an incredible resource.
