I would like all documents and all of the options above to be addressed to or named as the full legal name.
First + Middle Initial if included + Last.
I would like the Email and the Letter Salutation to be for the nick name.
IE Addressee / File Name = GERALD
IE Salutation = Gerry
I would like this to be the default of Client Letter, Engagement Letter, and Custom Letters, email correspondence, and any automated workflows with salutations…
In Client Manager I would love the option to see both Legal and Nick Names.
IE Gerald (Gerry) M Smith.
