Which form do I enter the HBP withdrawal information on - when I try and put the amount on the RSP worksheet it flags it as overriding an amount

You enter the amount on the RRSP Contributions Worksheet.

You shouldn’t need to override anything.

If you are talking about a 2024 withdrawal it is entered on the T4RSP entry screen, Box 27 of the slip you should be receiving. I think the HBP worksheet will populate upon next years roll forward, or you can enter those details now I think.
