Hi I cant seem to find how to sort the Client dashboard by last name not first. It get confusing when i have Multiple items sorted by “Janet” instead of by the last name. I’ve looked in setting but can’t seem to see how to get it to sort that way
On the client manager, in the Name column, hover over the icon of the person and you’ll see that you can click on that to determine the sort order.
For TaxFolder at the moment, you cannot sort by Last Name. This is a feature that will hopefully be available in an upcoming release.

Ditto. I don’t use TaxFolder so I can’t comment on that.
Sort by first name or last name is coming in a future release. For now - if you type the last name in the Search box, that will help to narrow your list.
