Based on my research first-time homeowners may qualify for the Home buyers’ amount

I read up on a few other first time home buyer programs such as First-Time Home Buyer Incentive (FTHBI), The Home Buyer’s Plan (HBP), GST/HST New Housing Rebate (NHR), & Land Transfer Tax Rebate (LTTR).
I would like to know if anyone is aware of any other tax incentives?
