I see we have a tool for exchange rates but it is not for all countries. What site is everyone using to find exchange rates for last years by month?
I have to fill out the Immigrants/Emigrants page and I will have to override the rate unless someone can tell me how to find nigeria exchange rate in the tax cycle system.

Bank of Canada. If the country has a fixed rate that doesn’t get reported by the Bank of Canada, the central bank of the country itself should publish the exchange rate.
