Anyone else getting this error?
Yes our entire office of preparers cannot get on. It works a little here & there, then stops again. CRA is experiencing issues it seems. Hopefully gets fixed ASAP! Not a fun start to the tax season
Might be an issue with Chrome, I switched to edge and all good, except I don’t like edge.
Have been on for the last hour on Firefox…no issue at all.
All good with Edge here.

It is a cookie issue. Delete the cookies for canada.ca and the CRA. That worked for me.

Had it happen yesterday. Cleared up as soon as I cleared my cache/browsing history
