We experienced a significant number of issues with DoxCycle’s data-extraction accuracy last year, which resulted in substantial additional review time and manual correction on our end, negating the entire reason for using DoxCycle.
I am still unclear on what meaningful improvements have been made to address these accuracy concerns. Given that enhanced extraction reliability was identified as a key priority, it is disappointing that the current level of progress remains uncertain, particularly considering the technological standards and capabilities that should realistically be expected in 2025.
At this stage, greater transparency and demonstrable improvement in DoxCycle’s accuracy would be very helpful for firms like mine as we plan our workflows for the upcoming tax season. Improved performance in this area is critical, as the ongoing limitations continue to create operational inefficiencies that modern software should be able to mitigate. Disappointed in DoxCycle’s performance over the past few years.
