CO-17 Small business deduction

The small business deduction doesn’t appear in my CO-17 form for Quebec tax calculation on section 420ab although it shoows on column E of form CO77113. How can I fix this issue because QC tax rate calculated now is the general rate of 11% instead of 3% for small business.
