We had an issue with the carryforward of the Pensionable Pay Periods number not changing when an employee turns 18 years old during the year or has stopped paying into CPP.
Would it be possible to have a question asking whether the employee is starting or ending CPP payments which will then ask to enter their date of birth to calculate the number of “Pensionable Pay Periods”?
