2 Year Variance

It would be helpful to add an option at the top of the 2 Year Summary (variance) to only show/print non-zero information lines. The report is 3 pages long. For most clients, it could be shortened to one page and be way more useful.

@kevin
I like the lines of your enhancement request.

These are my suggestions…

#2YearClient
1 - Fine as is
2 - Helpful to add #MaritalStatus and #Province
3 - Nice to have #Benefits but not as important as #MaritalStatus and #Province

#5YearClient
1 - Create a #5YearClient. Very helpful for #CRAreview and #ReFile
2 - Helpful to add #MaritalStatus and #Province

#10YearClient
1 - Create a #10YearClient. Very helpful for #CRAreview and #ReFile
2 - Helpful to add #MaritalStatus and #Province

#2YearSummary
1 - Leave base version with all lines. Great as a planning and onboarding tool
2 - Add a toggle to remove blanks for final version.

2 - Add a toggle to remove blanks for final version.
3 - Nice to have #MaritalStatus and #Province

#10YearSummary
1 - Create a #10YearSummary. Very helpful for #CRAreview and #ReFile
2 - Add a toggle to remove blanks for final version.

#CarryForwardSummary
1 - Open and closing is very helpful
2 - #2YearCarryForwardSummar, #5YearCarryForwardSummary, and #10YearCarryForwardSummary with updateable numbers in the event of #CRAreview and #ReFile changes.

I’d love to see the GST, Ontario Trillium, Carbon Rebate and Canada Child Benefit amounts on the 2-Year Summary – and please add the Ontario Trillium and Canada Child Benefit breakdowns to the Family Summary.

Also, if you add toggles per Dominiques suggestives above, please include an Options Setting to default them each on/off, since some users will want them “mostly” on, but sometimes off?

Yes, please put the annual entitlement to all benefits (including ccb) on the family and 2 year summaries

Love the suggestions. It would be helpful to see comparative tax summaries with benefits listed as well. As a minimum we will look at CCB and GST when reviewing and planning.

@mike
Love your suggestion.
I would love to see all federal and provincial benefits with the applicable net family income base calculation showing.
ie Child Benefits, GSTC, Carbon Rebates, and all provincial benefits.

Thanks all for the suggestions, we’ve added it to our suggestion list for review when the summaries get worked on.
