Hi
one of my client who is citizen of the US however, have been living and working in Canada for the last 6 years. Now he has asked me to file his outstanding US Tax returns (IRS).

I have never filled US return & need information in this regard;

1- How i can file the US return?
2- Tax Cycle can accommodate it?
3- Is there any software which i can use?
4- Do i have to register my self with IRS?

I suggest you find a professional who prepares these returns all the time. If you are not taking ongoing update courses for the 1040, you can easily get into trouble.
