TFSA no -qualified investment

Hi:
I was reviewing my client’s TFSA, it shows she had non-qualified investment acquisition and disposition for the year. She doesn’t remember anything.

I know there is penalties for buying non qualified investment, not sure if I should contact CRA to check it out or wait and see what happens

Not sure if any has experienced this situation before. crypto for sure is not qualified investment, but publicly traded company in Nasdaq that’s in crypto mining, are they also non-qualified investment for TFSA and RRSP?
