most of my clients have a T2200 but it is a WFH office claim.
This year one of my clients provided me with the T2200 but it has a lot more information than I’m used to:
in section 5 it says employee was reimursed for items in #3 and #4 (supplies and cell phone)….they were reimbursed for postage/shipping (not on a T4 slip) and also received $2,000 stipend (yes it was on the T4 slip)
If they were reimbursed - then I believe nothing is left to claim
If they were reimbursed with a stipend (for phone/internet) but it was in the T4 - they the client should be able to claim the phone/internet?
For motor vehicle, it says they were reimbursed $10k (roughly) and it wasn’t on the T4…so my understanding would be that the client doesn’t claim anything?
