I recall ProFile had a worksheet that used to show not only the optimized amount of pension to split but also a graph/visual showing a variety of alternate amounts and bottom line results (there might also have been specific suggestions for $$ that would yield similar results?). I did find that to be a useful feature…(or does it already exist and I just haven’t seen it?)
Press “F4” type “Optimizations”.
I personally don’t recommend producing a chart, because there are more variables to consider than just the Pension Split, and it makes it look like that’s the only thing that changed. But when you change the split, there could also be a change in medical expense claims, donation claims, etc. of who claims what.
