The motor vehicle worksheet that allocates kms to different spouses and between employment and business use is so helpful. However, home expenses are also potentially shared between all those uses as well and a similar worksheet to allocate sqft to each spouse and or between employment and business would be a huge time saver.
One situation i deal with has each spouse with their own business as well as one spouse having employment use of home. Currently the same numbers need to be entered in 3 separate places and introduces potential for error with each entry. As well additional review time is needed to make sure the numbers are entered consistently on each screen.
