Farm property in bare trust --UHT required?

I have the classic son on title with Dad on the family farm to avoid probate. while this is a Bare Trust with the deferral on filing for now, does a farm property in a BT require a UHT? is it considered residential property under the definitions.

My interpretation is that if it’s zoned ‘agriculture’ it is not covered by the UHT rules, especially so if there is no house on the property.

It has a House and actively farmed land with long history of primary farm use.

is the house occupied? is it even habitable?
