I’m a long-time Cantax user who switched to TaxCycle this year. I like many things about the software, but have a suggestion: add an option to exclude data other than the previous tax year from the carry forwards.
The carry forward data is very accurate for the previous year (currently 2024), but inaccurate for the years before that (2021-2023). I spend a lot of time going through those 5 year summaries to correct or just just delete entries. I’d rather start with a fresh 2 year summary for comparison.
