Billing to clients in USA

Hi, I provide bookkeeping and consulting services to a US client . For bookkeeping, I login into his system remotely from Canada, rather than using my accounting system.

Considering below, I understand that my services are zero-rated. Would you agree, or shall I charge HST. Kindly advise.

Below CRA link states that:
Certain services provided to a non-resident person, but not to an individual while the individual is in Canada, that are performed all or partly in Canada may be zero-rated, such as: certain advisory, professional, or consulting services.
