I installed the latest Windows 10 update last night. Now when I try to open TaxCycle the program crashes. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? ---

what update did put in I am running the insider build for the next big release and have no problem but will help you all I can What you might want to do is reinstall taxcycle it might be that something changed on the update ---

It put in an HP driver update for HP LaserJet P3015, Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for W10 Version 1607, Cumulative Update for W10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems, and Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool for Windows 8, 8.1, 10 and Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016 x64 Edition-December 2016. I let the TaxCycle program look for the problem and it says that “An unhandled [Microsoft.NET](http://Microsoft.NET) Framework exception occurred in TaxCycle.exe [2484].” Not sure if that gives you a hint. ---

Try reinstalling taxcycle it may help ---

Just checking in to see if TaxCycle is working for you now. If not, please give us a call on 1-888-841-3040… Your dotNet framework may have been damaged by the update… you might try re-installing that. We can help you if you’d like. Best, ~ Cameron ---
