Hi all,

I have a question about where on the CRA tax form to claim a professional designation.

I’m doing my Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FPAC) designation through the Association of Finance Professionals (AFP) based in the US.

The fee I paid in 2022 is made up of:

1. Access to course materials platform
2. Exam fee
3. Initial membership fee

Where do I claim this on my tax return? I’m guessing the membership fee goes to Line 21200, but where does the exam and materials platform fee go? Is it the TL11 form? I notice that the TL11A needs to be a university which this is not. Would the TL11D work?

Please help!

Thanks
