# TaxFolder Error when sending

I get the message “error occurered while trying to contact taxfolder” when sending for signatures for a T2 client. First I thought it may be the email address causing issues, so I changed it to another email of the clients, but still getting the error. This happened a couple of years ago around the same time and it was quickly fixed. Anyone else having this issue?  
I even tried to log out and back in to TaxFolder, but still same issue.
