# Taxfolder doesnt open

Taxfolder keeps spinning and doesn’t show the progress files. Has anyone faced the same?

Us too, it works eventually if you let it go long enough, or you go in through the full client list instead of the in progress list.

I take it back, now it’s error message:

## 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.

### There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

i went to client list and searched for it and yes i can get it this way. at least for now. thanks 🙏
