I have a corporate client who purchased investment units in another company (Company). The Company issued a T5013 Statement of Partnership Income Slip for 2021 to the client. The client also received a payment of from the Company mid year for its profit share from operations.

My question is, how does the income information from T5013 get reported in the T2? Or is the T5013 a detail of the profit share amount paid to the client?

> Looking back at previous postings, I have noticed that a lot of partnership threads have gone unanswered. This is completely understandable, as this topic is quite vast and has very broad treatments with regards to not only the type of partnership, but also the exposure to the partnership, and the type of entity (i.e. corporation) that is reporting that income.
