# T3 Schedule 15 Penalty

A client for which I filed a T3 electronically received a notice of assessment with a $100 penalty for failure to file schedule 15 by the deadline. T3 return was electronically filed on 01 Apr 2024, and did include S15. I contacted CRA and agent advised they are aware of issue.

For my client, I am thinking of filing an objection on a pro bono basis just to protect their rights, as I am not sure how long CRA will take to resolve.

Hi,

Here’s a link to the last communication we received from the CRA in regard to some incorrectly applied penalties on T3’s. Naturally we will update our page if we receive additional information.

I had one similar…it was fixed as of yesterday, with a reassessment date of May 8. Just wait.
