# T1's not being able to be printed -Capital Gains

Please @taxcycle let us print off the paperwork for the clients to sign who have capital gains. The amount is not going to change and this is causing a huge backlog.  
Is there a reason why we can’t go ahead with finishing the returns then waiting on CRA to allow?
