# T1135 Joint

I have a client with significant investments - they are 60 years old and have all investments with both names on slips  
For the t1135 do i just report on one persons or split 50% for each

If attributed ownership is 50/50, yes. I had a 80/20 scenario. The facts tell the stoy.

Luckily you don’t have to type it in twice anymore. The nifty carry forward chart at the top of the form allows you to type it in once with full values then flag each as 50% or whatever so it goes to both T1135 forms.

Correct - I have a couple with odd splits (58/42…70/30) so yes, individual reporting but made easier by the clever folks at TC for us. 🫂
