Hello everyone, I’m struggling to remove items from my Favorites Bar. When I right-click an item, the “Remove Favorite” option is grayed out and unclickable. Does anyone know how to resolve this and delete them successfully? Thank you! ---

I do not have answer but I am curious because I would like to be able to lock it. I inadvertantly move mine at times. ---

Are they locked by your ‘Options Profile’? Do you have authorized access to your ‘Options Profile’? ---

Yes, the features are locked by the Options Profile, but as the sole user, I have full access to them. I am able to add forms, but not able to remove them. ---

Do you have your options profile password protected? If yes, try removing the password temporarily to update the favourites bar. ---

It sounds like a permissions issue as @BertMulderCGA mentioned since you can save to favourites but not remove from favourites. Your best bet is to call support and have them help you troubleshoot with a screen share. ---
