Quality of life issue:
When I use the “approved” or “Final sign off” stamps in DoxCycle, it originally puts in the date correctly. When I open the document later, it reverts the dates to January 1, 0001
I haven’t tested all the stamps but stamps like posted, contact client seem to be working fine.

Thanks again for reporting this. It’s fixed in version 4.0.26655.0 which is available now as a full install from our webpage (auto-update will follow). This was a display issue only - the original approved or sign-off date was retained in the file and the stamp will now show it properly.
