Hello community - I am back with another poll to help inform our future cloud plans. Specifically I would like to better understand, what, if any, staff access controls are currently employed (or planned) to restrict staff access to client and tax file data within your organization. I restrict access to the Options Profile - I don’t want staff changing that. But, they can access all client files. I have only 3 staff, and only 2 of them do anything with taxes, so I’m not concerned about limiting access to files. ---

I’ve only experienced firewalls in place that restrict file access when working with public companies (because of material non-public information concerns and insider trading). Nothing with regards to private enterprise at a medium or small firm however. ---
