I just filed a couple’s returns for 2019 to 2024. I learned that either CRA or TaxCycle or both do not allow Pension splitting to be be claimed when filed 3 to 4 years late.

Am I missing something or is there a work around?

Thank you for your comments and help.

Tom

when I looked it up for one of my client, there is a 3 years statute bar period limit, and residence requirement. He didn’t proceed with the change, so I don’t know the complete process, but CRA would need the late T1032 first.
