# Lock return after printing or filing

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but we would like the ability to lock the return after printing.

I like this option too. Not just for T1’s but for any file

We would like this, but would still like the file’s efile status to be updated after efile without having to unlock the file.

We print, have the T183 signed, then efile. Locking it after print to prevent accidental changes in data is desirable, but in some other programs when the file has been locked its efile status could not be updated.
