The ‘ProvinceTerritoryStateCode’ element is invalid - The value ‘’ is invalid according to its datatype ‘[http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/xmlns/ccms/1-1-0:ProvinceTerritoryStateCodeType](http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/xmlns/ccms/1-1-0:ProvinceTerritoryStateCodeType)’ - The value ‘’ is not valid according to any of the memberTypes of the union. ---

This is an issue with S3. Either there’s an extra line generated at the bottom (blank property), or it’s a property located outside Canada. To solve the problem, case 1, delete the extra line, for case 2, enter a Canadian Province and Postal code. It’s the same treatment of the rental income in T776 when the property is located outside Canada.
