# Forms Program - RC325 (Change of Address Form)

I completed a change of address form in the forms module (RC325). Something must have changed. When I click on the box that says “My home address is the same as my mailing address”, the program fills in the box below the question. I think it’s supposed to be the opposite. The box says “Complete the following section if your home address is different from your mailing address”.
