# ERROR: REP 72 - CRA's Latest Update

As usual whenever there’s a maintenance update from the CRA, there always has to be an issue, that too on a Monday. I normally view the list of clients who’ve received NoAs or Reassessments to as to check their files.  
Is anyone else seeing this message?

Also getting this error when trying to check some mail items:

I submitted a complaint about this yesterday - via RAC - Enquiries. Got a phone call from CRA today - agent asked if the problem still existed - I checked - all good now - mail is readable again. The agent said they had received a few similar complaints and were following up on them! Wow, huh?
