Docusign renewal. We did exceed our 100 envelopes by 7 fold. The renewal for Docusign is $3.96/envelope. Since we signed up for TaxFolder we will not be renewing, my question is has anyone been billed for the overage once they notify that they will not be renewing?
If there is no intent to renew, just let your subscription to DocuSign lapse. If they were going to charge you for overage, then they would have probably notified you when you went 2 fold over
