# Climate Rebate - Qualified Dependant Clarity

I know that the “Climate” form is basically a client-service sheet now, but for absolute clarity, could you add the phrase “at the beginning of the payment month” after the phrase “19 years of age” but before the comma.

I was trying to figure out why an 18-year-old wasn’t qualifying, but after searching noticed the CRA description: [Link of description on CRA website](https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/child-family-benefits/cai-payment/who-eligible.html#:~:text=all%20the%20following%20conditions%20are%20met-,at%20the%20beginning%20of%20the%20payment%20month,-%3A) for Qualified Dependants (aka eligible child)
