# Client batch manager query export to Excel

I was doing a Batch query and exported the results to excel. I had queried some numerical fields, but when exported to excel they were not numerical cells they were general cells and all the numbers started with a $. so when i tried to sort the column from low to high, of course excel reads them as text and doesn’t sort. I’m sure I can do something in excel to fix this, but it would be nice if they were just exported as a number in the first place.

EDIT - I just queried age and it also the result is treated as a currency 50 YO = $50.00

So I suggest that when querying a number in the client batch manager that the number can import to excel as a number, no $ needed.
