You can find help for this on the TaxCycle website

> **[Batch Carryforward](https://www.taxcycle.com/resources/help-topics/carryforward/batch-carryforward/)**
>
> Use the TaxCycle Client Manager to bring forward prior-year tax returns in batches. Carry forward files from Intuit ProFile®, Cantax® and Taxprep® files.

There is also a Client Manager webinar which may be helpful.

Thanks all for replying, I found the issue is the client manager does not connect to my NAS. and the steps to fix that doesnt work for me either.

I used that link to run Client manager as a network user, the issue was that I wasn’t using a password for my account. you have to use a user account with a password.

> **[Run Client Manager as a Network User](https://www.taxcycle.com/resources/help-topics/client-manager/client-manager-setup/run-client-manager-as-a-network-user/)**
>
> If TaxCycle files are stored on a different computer, it is possible to grant the Client Manager access to those files.
