Is there anyone experienced of the pre-assessment when the foreign worker claiming the spouse as no income and outside residence? Why it is automatically went to Pre-Assessment when the program created the CWB? I have been experiencing these problem for this tax year 2019. Anybody can advise or comment.

I would strongly suspect an incredibly high incidence of incorrect Tax Treaty Tax Residency reporting, and/or an incredibly high incidence of incorrect World-Wide income reporting …
