The _CRA_ has noted its systems will not be ready to accept tax returns from individuals that report _capital gains_ or losses until **_late_ March** … 😡

our TaxCycle release sent out yesterday is a certified T1/T3 release for capital gains files. We have had several customers say they have already been able to successfully transmit returns with capital gains on them.

I also sent in a T1 with capital gains early this morning.
