# 2017 Bankruptcy Release

Now that the 2017 preliminary release is available, when will the release permitting the paper filing for 2017 pre-bankruptcy returns traditionally be available? (Tentative date only as I am aware that the date is dependent on the CRA’s certification process.)

Also, will the TP1 module also be able to handle bankruptcy returns for 2017? I know that it wasn’t available for the 2016 modules but I handle Quebec bankruptcy files and would prefer to address these without placing over-rides all over the return.
